1. Accuracy of Information
By registering, you confirm that all information provided (student ID, name, course, and contact details) is true, complete, and accurate. Providing false information may result in the denial or cancellation of any document request.
2. Use of Your Data
Your personal information will be used solely for processing document requests, verifying your identity, and communicating updates related to your requests (including email notifications and in-app chat with the relevant school office).
3. Document Requests
Requests are routed to the appropriate office (Registrar, Guidance, Principal, or Treasurer) depending on the document type. Processing times may vary, and required fees must be settled before release of documents.
4. Pickup & Validity
Documents must be claimed within 30 days of being marked ready for pickup, together with a valid ID. Unclaimed documents may be archived and could require a new request.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify the school immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Communication
You agree to receive email and in-system notifications regarding the status of your requests. Misuse of the chat feature (e.g., harassment, spam) may result in suspension of your account.
